Child Safety Standards

Pikzr has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This page describes our standards, how we respond to violations, and how to report a concern.
Our standard
Pikzr must not be used to create, upload, share, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or to groom, sexually exploit, or endanger a minor in any way. This applies to every part of the app — posts, videos, stories, comments, direct messages, and profile content — and to every user, without exception.
Age requirement
Pikzr is not directed at children and is not designed, marketed, or intended for use by anyone under 13. Accounts found to belong to a child under 13, or found to be misused to target or endanger minors, are removed on discovery.
How to report a concern
Anyone — a user or a member of the public — can report a post, video, or account directly in the app: open the content or profile, tap the options menu, and choose "Report." Reports are reviewed by us, and content or accounts that violate this standard are removed. You can also reach us directly at support@pikzr.com with "Child Safety" in the subject line if you're not able to report in-app, or want to escalate something urgently.
What happens after a report
We review reports promptly and remove violating content and accounts. Where we identify apparent CSAM or child endangerment, we comply with applicable law, including reporting to the relevant national authorities (such as the NCMEC CyberTipline in the United States) and cooperating with law enforcement requests as legally required.
