By creating an account or using Pikzr, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pikzr. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at support@pikzr.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content
You own the photos, videos, captions, comments, and messages you post ("your content"). By posting, you grant Pikzr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and provide the app to you and the audience you choose (Friends or Public). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with others. You're solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to post it. Don't post anything you don't have permission to share.
4. Acceptable use
When using Pikzr, you agree not to: • Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or infringes someone else's rights. • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. • Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten other users. • Spam, or use the app to distribute malware or unauthorized advertising. • Attempt to access another user's account, scrape the app, or interfere with its normal operation. • Use automated means (bots, scripts) to create accounts or generate content.
5. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
You can report content or a user, and block anyone, directly in the app. We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
6. AI features
Pikzr's "Ask AI" and AI-caption features use Google's Gemini API to generate opinions and captions based on photos you submit. These are automated, for entertainment purposes only, may be inaccurate or unexpected, and are not professional advice of any kind. Don't rely on them for anything important.
7. Termination
You may stop using Pikzr and delete your account at any time from Settings — this also deletes the content you've posted. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the app, though we'll try to give reasonable notice for the latter where practical.
8. Disclaimers
Pikzr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content posted by other users is accurate or appropriate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pikzr and its developers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including content posted by other users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Pikzr after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
